Your First Couples Counselling Session is a chance to share what has brought you to counselling and what you hope might change. We explore current challenges, relationship history, and the patterns that feel most difficult right now.

C$120 per 80 minute session (sliding scale)
(unlimited text voice and video messaging included so we can stay in touch in between sessions)
Both partners have equal space to speak. Couples counselling is not about deciding who is right or wrong
