In this course you will receive:

- the option to participate in small group discussions and seminars where we develop and solidify the skills we have learned in the course.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- better identify your own cycle of FEAR that keeps you trapped
- your maladaptive coping mechanisms that you’ve developed over the years, that once protected you, but are now no longer serving you.
- Your self defeating narratives that are telling you the wrong story about who you are and where your place in the world is.
- better identify when it is time to stop reacting to things from a place of fear and to start choosing your responses from a place of strength.
- better listen to what your fears and your feelings are trying to tell you
