I want you to be able to me your story in your own way, and know that I wont judge you. I hope that you will feel safe enough with me to be able to express yourself as freely and as honestly as possible, knowing that there are no thoughts or feelings that aren't allowed in this space. And knowing that You are entitled to feel whatever it is that you feel, whether its fear or anger or jealousy or sadness, or guilt or shame.I will sit with you in this space and help you to express and explore whatever it is you might be feeling. And when you feel brave enough to do this, because it takes courage to be this vulnerable, I promise to accept you and value you for who you are, no matter how big or complicated or messy your feelings might be. You can be imperfect and beautifully, authentically you in this space.
